Can you help before I arrive?
Absolutely. Reach out with your travel dates and ideas. We can help plan your itinerary, coordinate arrival arrangements, and discuss anything you’d like ready at your accommodation.
Are you available 24/7?
You can contact your concierge on WhatsApp or by text, 24/7. Individual arrangements depend on supplier opening hours and availability, and we’ll confirm the details with you.
Are the package prices per night?
No. The $95 arrival package is one planning fee for a whole booking. The $295 concierge package is the total fee for up to 7 nights; longer stays need a personal quote. For hosts, $125 covers welcome coordination per guest booking, while $350 is a monthly base fee for one property. These are alternative host packages; included service volume is agreed before you begin. All prices are suggested for review.
Can I contact you without WhatsApp?
Yes. Call or text +297 730 0411. You can choose Text / iMessage in the enquiry form, copy your prepared enquiry, then open Messages to paste and send it. Your phone uses iMessage when it is available, or ordinary text messaging otherwise.
What’s included in a package?
Packages cover the concierge planning and coordination listed. Transport, groceries, restaurant bills, excursions, supplier charges, and any applicable taxes are quoted separately. We agree on the scope and total quote before you commit.
I’m an Airbnb owner. Can we work together?
Yes. We can discuss individual guest stays or ongoing concierge support. Tell us about your property, your typical guests, and which details you’d like help coordinating.
Can you plan something completely bespoke?
That’s the idea. Whether it’s an anniversary, a family trip, or a request you don’t see here, send us your wish list. We’ll discuss what’s possible and put together a personal quote.
